Requirements: 2+ years of prior experience as a master cook in a similar fine dining environment; formal culinary training; experience working in a similar resort setting; knowledgeable of restaurant operations, food cost awareness, and ordering food products; knowledge of food and beverage products, preparation methods, quality standards, and presentation; knowledgeable of kitchen equipment usage and safety; familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
