Position: Master Cook – Caspians
About: The Master Cook position offers the opportunity to deliver a quality dining experience while maintaining a great energy and vibe. Responsibilities include setting up workstations, prepping, and cooking recipes to high standards, as well as ensuring cleanliness in the work area.
Requirements: One year experience as a master cook; At least three years of prep/line cook experience; Basic understanding of cooking techniques and proper knife skills; Completed formal culinary training or apprenticeship; Working knowledge of Food; SNHD Food Handlers Card; Serve Safe Certification for Food Handling; Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
