Position: Marriott Springfield Downtown – Banquets Server
About: A banquet server is responsible for the setup and service of all assigned banquet functions at a downtown hotel in Springfield. The hotel is conveniently located and offers spacious rooms with complimentary Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a sports bar, and meeting/event venues for various gatherings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; Alcohol Awareness Certification required; clear communication and quick decision-making skills; ability to work well in high-pressure situations
