Position: Marlin Bar Culinary Lead
About: Tommy Bahama launched its first Marlin Bar in Coconut Point, Florida in 2016, offering a laid-back space for locals and travelers to gather over food and drink. With an additional location in Palm Springs, California, they are expanding across the United States. The Marlin Bar provides a casual atmosphere for enjoying frozen cocktails and light fare with friends and family.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED preferred; Must be 18 years of age or older; Generally, 3+ years culinary/hospitality experience preferred; Must have current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification; Must be comfortable interacting with guests about food and beverage offerings; Comfortable with computers and MS Office Suite; Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently; Bending/stooping/kneeling required frequently; Climbing ladders occasionally; Routine standing for duration of shift; Possible Travel for training and assisting at other locations; Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
