Requirements: Must meet the minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages; High school diploma or GED; Generally, can have less than one year of food and beverage experience in a restaurant; Prior guest service experience; Must have current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law; Must have an aptitude and enthusiasm to learn about all Tommy Bahama products available to our guests
