About: Chick-fil-A’s In-House Agency (IHA) is growing rapidly, streamlining and optimizing creative and production processes for over 3,000 Chick-fil-A Restaurants. The role involves managing The Studio and Social Media Publisher systems, enhancing user experience, and driving platform stability and performance.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of professional work experience; strong time management skills; experience in a marketing communications or agency environment; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite; excellent communication skills; highly organized with great attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; experience in DAM workflow
