About: This position is for a Marketing Sales & Fan Experience Specialist at the Intercollegiate Athletics Marketing Sales & Fan Experience department, under the supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing, Sales & Fan Experience. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans, promotional activities, and sponsor activation strategies to enhance the fan experience and increase attendance for various sports events at the university.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing with 3 years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Experience in various social media platforms; Familiarity with NCAA, MAC, and NCAA rules and regulations; Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities; Ability to work in a team setting and lead project teams.
