Position: Marketing Programs Specialist
About: The Marketing Programs Specialist will be responsible for the planning, organizing, and executing of trade shows, conferences, and customer events in North and Latin America. This role includes operational, implementation, and post-event activities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; 2-5 years’ previous experience in Event Management or related field required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required; Some travel expected; Basic knowledge of B2B marketing and marketing communication; Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle equipment weighing up to 60 pounds
