About: Tommy Bahama Restaurants and Marlin Bars are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires creativity in digital marketing, brand management, event marketing, and loyalty program management, with specific experience in platforms like Thanx within the hospitality or lifestyle sector.

Requirements: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industry; proven track record in successful marketing campaigns; strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, social media channels, and loyalty program management, including Thanx; exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills; creative thinker with innovative ideas; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment; ability to work independently and collaboratively; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems; familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and loyalty platforms like Thanx; strong network in restaurant, bar, and hospitality industries; ability to travel up to 15% of the time
