Position: Marketing Events Coordinator
About: Everstream Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to manage and coordinate engaging events across various sales channels within the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing & Sales Enablement, this role plays a crucial part in supporting Everstream’s B2B sales team. Everstream has invested over $1B in expanding its business-only fiber footprint and is looking to leverage its tools and resources in collaboration with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; 0-2 years’ marketing experience (recent graduates welcome); Prior experience in event planning and management; Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Comfortability with public speaking and networking; Strong project management skills; Problem-solving skills; Willingness to travel up to 25-50% to other Everstream markets and events/trade shows.
