Position: Marketing Events Coordinator
About: The Division of Continuing Education at Harvard University is seeking a Marketing Events Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute a variety of events for prospective students, participants, faculty, and staff to drive lead generation and support content creation.
Requirements: Five or more years of related experience; Education beyond high school may count towards experience; Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field; Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning and coordination; Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in event management software, HubSpot, Canva, Photoshop, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Suite; Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices for virtual events; Knowledge of Harvard University and its administrative processes, a plus
