Position: Marketing & Event Coordinator, Stevens Career Center
About: Reporting to the Director of Employer Relations & Career Center Operations, the Marketing & Events Coordinator actively supports a student-centered career center which serves an undergraduate and graduate population pursuing degrees in various fields. The successful incumbent is responsible for executing marketing strategies to increase student engagement in career center events and programs and supporting the execution of new career center events and initiatives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; At least 1 or more years work experience; At least two years experience in event marketing; A self-starter who demonstrates an ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines; Excellent written and oral communication skills; A high level of professionalism with strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail; Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must be able to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items (25 lbs.), walk short distances to various buildings across campus, and drive a vehicle if needed.
