Position: Marketing & Event Coordinator
About: Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger is a law firm with twenty-two lawyers conducting a variety of public events. The firm is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate all law firm events, manage external marketing efforts and sponsorships, and serve as a liaison to vendors.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years of marketing, communications, media, or event planning experience; 2-3 years of working in a law firm environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; team-oriented with the willingness to help drive company projects forward; able to work with multiple individuals and manage numerous projects concurrently; must be able and willing to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
