Position: Marketing Event Coordinator
About: A Boston based marketing technology company is seeking an Events Marketing Coordinator for an immediate full-time contract until the end of May, with the possibility of extension. The role involves supporting event planning and execution for in-person events and activations, covering promotion, communications, displays, staffing, and logistics. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a creative thinker, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5-7 years of experience in tradeshow and event management, with a bonus for experience with small business audiences; detail-oriented with excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
