Position: Marketing & Event Coordinator
About: This position is for Walkup, Melodia, Kelly & Schoenberger, a law firm with twenty two lawyers based in an external marketing role that involves coordinating all law firm events and managing external marketing efforts, sponsorships, and vendor relationships. The firm conducts various public events and requires law firm experience from the ideal candidate.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-3 years of marketing, communications, media, or event planning experience; 2-3 years of working in a law firm environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team or independently; advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe; organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; team-oriented and willing to contribute to company projects; capable of working with multiple individuals and managing numerous projects simultaneously; able and willing to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
