Position: Marketing Coordinator
About: Riega Foods, LLC is a family-owned and operated organic herb, spice, and spice blend manufacturer in Kansas City, MO. They are a fast-growing company looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement, participating in implementing the company’s marketing and brand engagement strategy under the direction of the President and with collaboration from the Director of Retail Sales and Director of Industrial Sales. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while wearing many hats.
Requirements: 4-8 years experience in Marketing, Communications, or related fields; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or similar field; Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, paid ads, etc.); Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns; A self-starter, quick to learn new skills, and able to proactively identify new opportunities; Entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity; Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately; Clear communicator, in both verbal and written interactions; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand development
