Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Possess casino experience (preferred); Positive attitude and dedication to exceptional guest service; Neat appearance and excellent communication skills; Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; Willingness to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed; Associate degree from college or university with two or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in gaming, hospitality, or travel; Language skills in reading, writing, and effective communication; Strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word and ability to learn specialized systems; Organizational skills and ability to obtain necessary work authorization; Excellent guest service skills and conflict resolution abilities
