Position: Marketing and Front of House Coordinator
About: The Department of Theatre Arts at the University of Oregon is seeking a Marketing and Front of House Coordinator to promote University Theatre productions and support front of house operations. This position involves collaborating with Theatre Arts faculty and production leads, designing marketing materials, managing front of house operations, and supervising student staff.
Requirements: Two years of general clerical experience, one year of which included typing, word processing, or other document generation; OR An Associate’s degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology; OR Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience. Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; Keen attention to detail; Ability to manage concurrent project timelines and meet deadlines; Ability to collaborate and accept artistic direction; Strong customer-service mindset; Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in marketing, venue management, event work, or performing arts.
