Position: Marketing and Events Coordinator (Internship) – Spring/Summer 2025
About: Alliance Highway Safety is seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist in coordinating various sponsorship events nationwide. The internship program offers hands-on experience in event marketing and corporate sponsorships, including travel opportunities to different sporting events and campaigns across Colorado, Idaho, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Alliance focuses on promoting community messages on highway safety and implements targeted campaigns on issues like drinking and driving, texting while driving, seatbelt usage, speeding, using sports and entertainment venues as platforms for outreach.
Requirements: Must be able to travel (50% or more of the time); Well-organized; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Preferred: Teams Application); Ability to multitask and time manage; Ability to stay flexible and adaptable; Self-starter with a positive attitude; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays; Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
