Position: Marketing and Events Coordinator
About: The Marketing and Events Coordinator at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is responsible for providing event planning and administrative support for a wide variety of events, ensuring the firm’s high standard of excellence is met. This role involves working closely with lawyers, the Business Development Events team, and other internal departments to plan and execute successful events. The Coordinator will also be involved in logistical event support, venue sourcing, contract negotiations, event material production, post-event analysis, and more.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; 2+ years of experience in event planning or related role; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
