Position: Market President
About: Midland States Bank is seeking a Market President for the Rockford, IL/Chicago Suburbs location. The Market President will be responsible for leading and managing the overall performance of the assigned market, overseeing client relationships, driving sales and marketing efforts, and fostering teamwork across various business lines under the guidance of the Regional Market President.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field; minimum of 7 years progressive responsibility in a bank with sales focus; minimum 5 years leading teams with successful coaching and motivation; ability to manage employees across multiple locations; extensive knowledge of wealth, loan, deposit, or treasury products; strong background in retail banking or related areas; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability in strategic planning and execution.
