Position: Market Manager
About: Business Interiors, established in 1995, is a leading provider of innovative office furniture and design solutions based in Jackson, MS. As part of HHG Interiors, LLC, a certified woman-owned commercial interiors company, Business Interiors collaborates with clients to create functional workspaces that align with their vision and needs.
Requirements: 5+ years in a leadership role (General Manager, Market Manager, Sales Manager, or similar), preferably in design, commercial furniture, office interiors, or related industries; proven ability to drive revenue through existing and new business; strong mentorship, coaching, and leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams; track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence; proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and financial reporting; strong relationship-building skills with executive-level clients, vendors, and partners; bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Project Management, or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered; ability to travel as needed within the Jackson, MS market and occasionally to other locations (Memphis, TN and other MS sites)
