Position: Market Manager

Business Interiors partners with clients to transform workspaces into functional, aesthetically driven environments that align with their vision and needs.
Requirements: 5+ years in a leadership role (General Manager, Market Manager, Sales Manager, or similar), preferably in design, commercial furniture, office interiors, or related industries; A proven ability to drive revenue through an existing book of business and by actively securing new business; Strong mentorship, coaching, and leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams; Track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market presence; Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and financial reporting; Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage executive-level clients, vendors, and partners; Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered; Ability to travel as needed within the Jackson, MS market and occasionally to other locations (Memphis, TN, other MS sites)
