Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma and/or equivalent (GED); minimum of 3-5 years route sales management experience; proven ability to lead and develop a strong team; ability to work independently with an exceptional work ethic; ability to while maintaining an outgoing and success-driven personality; ability to read, write, and interpret basic correspondence; ability to perform simple mathematical calculations; ability to operate basic office equipment and Microsoft Office Software; ability to travel as required; ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process
