Position: Market General Manager

Requirements: 3-5 years of Multi-Unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant/retail management; self-motivated and driven for success; strong leadership skills and performance track record; understanding of recognition and engagement principles to empower and uplift their team; adherence to high standards and company procedures; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proficient in supervisory and organizational duties; comfortable working with diverse teams; proficient in PC and MS Office Suite usage; occasional travel required, relocation capability a plus
