Position: Market General Manager
About: West Quality Food Service, Inc. is a well-established company with a 47-year history, operating restaurants across Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Alabama. Known for its success and commitment to excellence, we are seeking proactive and self-motivated Multi-Unit Managers to elevate our company to new levels of achievement. The ideal candidates will uphold the company’s culture, standards, and performance expectations within their designated markets, typically consisting of 6-10 restaurants. Responsibilities include overseeing training, recruitment, P&L management, fostering a recognition culture, ensuring compliance, and building strong teams to deliver exceptional service to guests.
Requirements: 3-5 years of Multi-Unit experience in the QSR field with 5 years of restaurant/retail management; Self-motivated and hungry for success; Strong leadership skills and performance history; Understanding of recognition and engagement principles; Ability to maintain high standards and company policies; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Strong supervisory and organizational abilities; Proficiency in PC and MS Office Suite; Willingness to travel occasionally, relocation capability is a plus
