Position: Marina General Manager
About: Responsible for the overall management of a marina to ensure safe, secure, efficient, and profitable operations while enforcing company policies and procedures. The position involves representing IGY in business relationships, maintaining communication with customers and staff, managing financial transactions, promoting services and amenities, and overseeing marina operations to achieve quality and delivery commitments.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have general knowledge regarding vessel operation, marina functions, and hospitality. Knowledge of Word Processing software, spreadsheet software, and experience with marina reservation systems preferred. Valid Driver’s License.
