Position: Mara Restaurant Manager
About: Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their talented pre-opening team. The hotel is connected by Skyway to sports, business, and entertainment, and is two blocks from the Mississippi River. With Mediterranean-inspired dining, indoor and outdoor pools, and a Spa dedicated to nourishment through nature, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis offers a luxurious and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required; One to two years previous experience in assistant manager or department head position in Food & Beverage; A working knowledge of division operations as well as Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures; Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems; Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; Eight-to-ten-hour shifts scheduled days and work hours may vary based on need
