Position: Mara Bar Manager
About: Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Minneapolis connected to sports, business, and entertainment, is seeking a Bar Manager to join their dynamic team. The hotel offers Mediterranean-inspired dining, wellness facilities, and a Spa dedicated to nature’s nourishment.
Requirements: College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required; Two to three years previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage; Working knowledge of division operations, Four Seasons cultural and core standards, policies, and standard operating procedures; Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems; Proficiency in the English language
