Position: Manufacturing Operations Manager – Packaging

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree; preferably Engineering or business degree with a strong manufacturing background. 5-7 years’ operations experience in a manufacturing environment; minimum 2 years in a leadership role. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerBi. Preferred bilingual English & Spanish skills and/or experience in a multi-cultural environment.
