Position: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5 years of experience in manufacturing management required; proven track record in budget attainment, safety improvements, customer satisfaction, employee development, and process improvement; strong interpersonal and communication skills; expertise in root cause analysis, error proofing, corrective actions, and process improvement; experience in operations re-engineering, policy formulation, and strategy implementation; ability to establish and communicate metrics and targets; previous leadership experience in assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, and/or weld shop
