Position: Managing Partner, New Restaurant Opening
About: Torchy’s Tacos, a casual dining restaurant chain with locations across multiple states, began its legacy in Austin, Texas in 2006. The company’s mission is to be damn good, serving people the best damn tacos, driven by passion and attention to detail.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or above; Full Casual Dining experience, a plus; Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and BOH; Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage; Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds; Must be willing to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time; Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
