About: Modern Woodmen of America, a leading fraternal benefit society focused on financial guidance and products since 1883, is seeking a dedicated Managing Partner to grow a team of financial representatives. The role involves guiding and training team members to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in the district through attracting, recruiting, and developing successful financial representatives.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in financial services or leadership roles preferred; honest with integrity; leadership skills promoting teamwork and a healthy work environment; competitive with a volunteer spirit; initiative and dedication to professional growth; willingness to complete continuing education and training courses for industry designations
