About: Manager Work Cafe at Santander Bank N.A., located in Miami World Center, Miami, FL. The Manager will be responsible for leading all people management activities, coaching and leading team behaviors, overseeing customer experience, operational efficiency, and community activities to promote the Work Cafe and Santander in the local community.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Finance, or related field required; 3+ years managing a sales team in a Financial Services Environment; ability to make independent decisions, manage, supervise, and coach, provide constructive feedback, motivate and inspire a team, establish effective relationships, excellent communication skills, digital expertise, demonstrated success in leading sales teams, and stays current with industry trends.
