Position: Manager Wardrobe Operations
About: NBCUniversal, a leading entertainment and news company, is seeking a Wardrobe Manager to oversee the operation of the Wardrobe Department ensuring efficient supply of quality uniforms to Wardrobe Guests through inventory organization, staffing, and Guest service.
Requirements: 5+ years of operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3+ of management experience in high volume operations environment including demonstrated experience in people leadership, budgeting, and guest services; proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, management, and line personnel; proven ability to work effectively under pressure; self-starter and motivated to achieve company goals and objectives; willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and nights as required; must be proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, & Excel; must have experience in managing non-labor budgets; must have experience in managing labor and training budgets.
