Position: Manager, Training & Development – Ruth’s Chris
About: The Manager, Training & Development provides dedicated brand support for all aspects of brand-specific training and leadership development for frontline team member and operations management. They lead the design and execution of the New Restaurant Opening process, collaborate with various departments to improve training strategies, and ensure the success of operations and learning initiatives within the company.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in education/educational technology, HR, or business preferred; 3 years of training/facilitation experience; 3+ years of relevant experience; Previous experience in Training Design/Facilitation; Previous experience in eLearning design platforms such as Articulate and Rise preferred; Previous restaurant experience; Knowledge of adult learning theory; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook proficiency; Demonstrate ability to lead and deliver multiple projects on time and within budget; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Collaboration skills and ability to inspire others; Strong customer/client service orientation; Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Ability to work in a team environment and independently; Ability to anticipate needs and potential issues; Ability to think creatively and seek innovative solutions
