Position: Manager, Total Quality & Food Safety
About: The Total Quality and Food Safety Manager at Red Lobster is responsible for ensuring operational food safety by managing food safety policies and procedures. This role requires providing technical expertise, leadership for cross-functional initiatives, and building strong relationships with internal teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemical or Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field; 3+ years of relevant food safety experience; Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel; Ability to manage cross-functional projects; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Certified Professional – Food Safety (CP-FS) credential; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification
