Requirements: Experience: At least 5-7 years in ticket operations or a related field; experience with primary ticketing software is essential; Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities; Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Experience working in an international context, understanding diverse cultural and operational practices.
