Position: Manager – Third Party A/R Follow-Up
About: Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a dedicated individual to lead the Accounts Receivable Follow-up function, ensuring timely and accurate collection of unpaid claims from third-party payors. This position involves managing a team of A/R Follow-Up Representatives under the supervision of the Director of Hospital Third Party A/R.
Requirements: Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university or six (6) years of related Revenue Cycle experience; Minimum experience required: At least five (5) years of related Revenue Cycle experience within Patient Financial Services or A/R Follow-up function, with at least three (3) years of management/supervisory experience; Minimum licensure/certification required by law: N/A; Additional qualifications: At least eight (8) years of related Revenue Cycle experience, preferably in A/R Follow-up, and at least five (5) years of management experience. Certification with Healthcare Financial Management Association.
