Position: Manager, Talent Management
About: Flynn Group is seeking a Manager of Talent Management to lead the development and implementation of talent management solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role will focus on areas such as Performance Management, Career Pathing, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement Strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or related field; 7+ years of experience in talent management projects and initiatives; familiarity with talent and performance management software; proficiency in talent management systems; experience in competency management, talent development, and succession planning; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at a fast pace; strong relationship-building and influencing skills; excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills; certification in talent management or organizational development is a plus
