Position: MANAGER – STRATEGY & FP&A

About: The primary responsibility of the Manager – Strategy and FP&A is to assist the departmental directors in providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis to senior leadership, participate in property-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, and supply strategic insight and initiatives to drive financial improvement. In addition, the position is responsible for overseeing multiple, simultaneous and advanced analytical projects which provide concise, accurate, actionable and strategic recommendations for both gaming and non-gaming areas.

Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, preferably within the fields of finance, hospitality, accounting, or information technology; or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred; Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy; 5+ years of relevant work experience; Must be able to work with others, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives; Must possess the ability to maintain quality, accurate work with a passion for details during busy times and work unsupervised on assigned tasks and projects; Ability to be flexible and multi-tasked with strong organizational skills; Ability to arrange timeline to independently complete tasks and department assignments or projects, and meet the deadlines related to those assignments; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience; Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
