Position: Manager – Stokes Grill
About: Stokes Old Market Store is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee the complete operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service and profitability while strictly adhering to company policies and procedures. The Manager will be responsible for supervising shift operations, managing the restaurant budget, handling guest comments professionally, and ensuring employee development and performance reviews are conducted regularly in a fast-paced environment at 13615 California St Omaha, NE.
Requirements: Education: Degree preferred; Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in a restaurant environment; Minimum of 1 year General Manager experience preferred; Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Ability to be a self-starter; Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Physical Requirements: 100% Walk and stand; 90% Communicate with patrons and staff; 50% Operate cash register and POS/TMX system and cash handling; 25% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 50 pounds;
