Position: MANAGER – STEWARDING KITCHEN
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a proactive and organized Kitchen Stewarding Manager to supervise stewarding stations across the property, including in-suite dining, team member dining room, restaurants, specialty areas, and common spaces. This role requires adherence to The Venetian Resort’s policies and procedures for efficient operations and cleanliness maintenance.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Health Card, and any other required certifications or licenses; 3 or more years of experience in a steward role with a preference for high-volume environments; 5+ years of experience in stewarding management; Extensive knowledge of health and kitchen regulations; Demonstrated experience in scheduling and assessing staffing needs in a fast-paced setting; Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities; Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
