Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 4 or more years of stewarding supervisor experience; good working knowledge of hot and cold foods; knowledge of kitchen equipment operation; understanding of standard sanitation practices; proficiency in catering operations; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; certification in Serv-Safe within 120 days of employment
