Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Economics, or related field; minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting role; analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills; familiarity with state and local economic development incentives including tax increment financing (TIF); ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and manage project budgets; strong Microsoft Excel and writing skills; availability to travel for client-related work
