Position: Manager – Starbucks
About: Oversees the overall operation, administration, and day-to-day performance of a campus restaurant within the Oklahoma Memorial Union. The position entails managing staff, handling administrative duties, preparing and serving food and beverages, operating the cash register, ensuring PCI compliance, managing cash reporting, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling employees, and enforcing sanitation and departmental policies. The role also involves providing information, resolving problems, and other assigned duties as necessary.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 48 months of food service and restaurant supervision experience; ability to lead, build workplace teams, and manage change; commitment to nutrition and menu creativity; excellent communication and conflict resolution skills; physical ability to meet productivity standards and perform demanding tasks; willingness to work extended hours, weekends, and in varying environmental conditions.
