Position: Manager – Specialty Coffee – The Sono Collection
About: As the manager of a unit at Nordstrom, you will play multiple roles including being a coach, mentor, customer experience guru, and business driver. You will be responsible for completing a comprehensive Manager in Training program, hiring and training a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing store strategies, and managing costs effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; solid communication and basic accounting skills; passion for exceptional customer service; strong knowledge of fresh beverages and quality food; experience in coffee bar management or full-service, upscale restaurant management for 2+ years; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule; possession of a food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations
