About: The Wichita Wind Surge, a Double-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, is a cornerstone of sports in Wichita, bringing competitive baseball and vibrant community engagement to Riverfront Stadium. As a proud member club of Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH), established in 2021 to enhance Minor League Baseball through best practices and investment, the Wind Surge creates memorable experiences for fans of all ages.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 to 4 years of related experience with a working knowledge of local and/or regional markets, event or venue operations, sales, or marketing in the event industry; Bachelor’s Degree in business, facility/hospitality/sport management or similar; outstanding computer skills including MS Office products; ability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends
