Position: Manager, Special Events
About: The Manager of Special Events at Polar Park is the key point of contact for non-game day private event clients, the WooSox Front Office, and the Club’s concessionaire partner. This role involves managing all aspects of events, focusing on enhancing revenue by offering additional services and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years in hospitality or event services management preferred; experience in a fast-paced and changing environment within the hospitality or event industry highly desired; exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to multitask under pressure with strong organizational skills; commitment to high-level customer service; professional demeanor; bilingual or multilingual is a plus; flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Photoshop/social media experience a plus.
