Position: Manager, Special Events
About: The Manager, Special Events position at LCMC Health involves overseeing all aspects of hospital events, including planning, management, and execution of various events. The role also entails collaborating with different departments within the hospital and external organizations to ensure successful event coordination.
Requirements: Required: 5 years of progressive experience in Special event management and marketing or fundraising activities; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent. Preferred: Hospital and/or Managerial experience; Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent; deep understanding of event planning best practices; effective communication and consensus-building skills; detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong leadership and self-direction; excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; experience in building and managing relationships.
